[Dx-qsl] NO qsl??? V51AS.

I've had no problem getting QSLs from Frank.  Timely, even.
Direct+GS does the trick.
And, actually, if you want to QSL all those Qs, he "sells" a large-format
picture QSL...all QSOs for $5, well worth the expense in my book.
