[Dx-qsl] NO qsl??? V51AS.

I have worked Frank on several bands, and did send a
QSL direct since it was a new country for me on 30 and
40 meters.  Got all contacts confirmed via the buro. 
He is a good QSLer, just takes awhile.  Recently
worked him at A25, so will look for that QSL in a year
or so.
