[Dx-qsl] NO qsl??? V51AS.

I have, at minmum, 14 contacts with V51AS both at his home QTH and portable 
A25.
Have sent cards for all those contacts (and maybe others before 199- which do 
not show in computer logs).  Just attempted to send an email to him 
requesting info as to his QSL info.  Found his email address started with : 
"NOQSL" blah blah etc.
So apparently he doesnt??   I simply dont understand lwhy someone would work 
thousands of stations, with pileups approaching bedlam, and then not have the 
courtesy to QSL , or even to let people know he doesnt.  Does anyone have one 
from him?? Seems I read something on this subject a few months past, but dont 
remember what the outcome was.  Rather maddening this.
