I got J6R confirmed relatively painlessly after working him in last fall's 
CQWW, but that was through a stateside manager. None of the J6 cards I've 
sent direct to St. Lucia have been answered in over a year and a half.

I've heard that some parts of South America are bad too, but I've always 
had good luck with most of the Caribbean.
