[Dx-qsl] QSLs From J6

Throughout the world, including here in the US of A, there are postal clerks
and other mail handlers who feel (justly or otherwise) that they are under
paid, and sometimes mail gets... diverted. Sometimes lots of it.

I have had problems in the past getting some J6 cards direct, but never a
problem for J6 stations using US, VE, or EU QSL managers.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] QSLs From J6

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if others have experienced problems receiving QSL cards from
J6. I QSL'd 3 different J6 stations direct to home QTH for QSOs between
8/01 - 3/02 with negative results. I sent an IRC with each card. This looks
like the same story as with Moldova except J6 is not in that part of the
world. I can understand postal tampering problems in Eastern Europe, but
what could be the excuse in J6 land? BTW, I too had problems with ER but
last month I received 3 cards from there. If ER can come through what's with
J6?
