[Dx-qsl] QSLs From J6

Hard to tell what the problem might be without specific calls of problem
QSO's.
J68...  are visitors to the isalnd and many are US with US addresses.  All
J68's that were on in March have US addresses and QSL 100%.

J69..  these are the island residents and seem to QSL OK.  I know Ernest,
J69AZ is a pretty good QSLers.

You have to remember some of these places have incoming mail problems,
generally, no house to house delivery as we know it.  During years of
experience in the So. Pacific I do know that foreign postoffices (even tho
they join IRC union) do not like to exchange a lot of IRC's for a ham
getting a lot of them as it depletes their Cash/stamp supply till months
later when redeemed.  I find a $ green stamp much more effective in these
areas.
