[Dx-qsl] QSLs received via bureau

Hi guys

To put things into some sort of perspective, last month I received a 
fairly large batch of incoming cards for 9M0C via the RSGB bureau. 
These were all first time applications and have only taken 4.5 *YEARS* 
to reach me since the end of the operation.

Heavens only knows where these cards have been in the meanwhile!

Naturally, I have answered them all and they are waiting to be delivered 
to the RSGB bureau on Saturday next - along with four other large boxes 
full of cards for various stations under my management.  There are 
probably about 50 kilos of cards involved!

The bureau system does work - but *VERY* slowly indeed.
