[Dx-qsl] QSLs received via bureau

Most DXpeditions have some sort of sponsorship that require them to respond to bureau cards. For example, to apply for NCDXF funding, you agree to answer qsls provided with sufficient return postage will be replied to directly. Those without sufficient postage will also be replied to, but MAY be replied to via the bureau.
Frankly, I believe all DXpeditions should reply to their bureau card, but certainly not at the same speed as the direct QSL card requests.
Also, please remember that many/most/(all?) DXpeditions use donations with the requests to help pay for the expenses incurred during the DXpedition. Thus, if it is a new one or an important QSL for you, consider direct, and consider a donation, or even better, consider joining those organizations that support DXpeditions (such as NCDXF). If you send via the bureau, prepare for a wait, but you should expect to see a card.
