You gave me my morning chuckle, Nelson.  Your use of the=0D
"usual subterfuges," e.g. Latvian stamps on the return, IRC's=0D
instead of green stamps, typed envelopes, metered postage, disguised
contents, via Europe instead of the USSR, etc., I conclude, has been a wa=
ste
of your time and effort to achieve=0D
such a low batting average.=0D

Your analysis should go a little deeper than just simple result=0D
percentages.  Suggest you try the "old fashioned way" of sending=0D
GREEN STAMPS in a simple envelope with a real American=0D
stamp on the envelope.  Sure works for me and I in no way conclude it is
just luck.  This method has given me excellent results and even to countr=
ies
that ban GS's.=0D

You may enjoy a vast inprovement in your returns if you try it.=0D
