You gave me my morning chuckle, Nelson. Your use of the "usual
subterfuges," e.g. Latvian stamps on the return, IRC's instead of green
stamps, typed envelopes, metered postage, disguised
contents, via Europe instead of the USSR, etc., I conclude, has been a waste
of your time and effort to achieve such a low batting average. Your
analysis should go a little deeper than just simple result percentages.
Suggest you try the "old fashioned way" of sending GREEN STAMPS in a simple
envelope with a real American stamp on the envelope. Sure works for me and
I in no way conclude it is
just luck. This method has given me excellent results and even to countries
that ban GS's. You may enjoy a vast inprovement in your returns if you try
it. Ray...K6VX
