Not to mention ALL the time and effort by the VOLUNTEER Bureau workers who had
sort and mail them from their respective bureaus and then to the US where they
had to be First sorted by Primary sorters and then sent to the "A"  Manager who
had to chase down this callholder who just said "No"...he had the easiest job of
all..Shame on him.
