Perchance the "villian(s)" should be outed so that (A) those 
requiring cards know not to send their 2nd and 3rd requests via the 
buro and (2) when the Big Gun contest station is on the air, there 
should be a boycott of stations working them for points.  
Essentially, if this person/club has so little time for the hams that 
work them, why should hams in general help them.

It seems an ever growing problem.  


On a different QSL note, I am still getting a lot of PT2/KC2BAA cards 
(I am the W@ manager for the letter "B").  They do not go to the W2 
buro but instead should go to the attention of Joesf at the OK buro.  
I am currently waiting to ship our 400+ cards to him.
