[Dx-qsl] Euro Stamps

Hello,

This information is not correct for Spain.

The stamps marked in pesetas only are valid until February 28 in all the
post offices.

For to change stamps after February, only it can  to change in the central
offices of mail, and these offices there are not them in all the towns.
