In the previous message I wrote:
The stamps that are not marked with the Euro value are valid in all
these countries until at least June 30, 2002. Portugal is an exception,
as indicated in the message from Bill.
PORTUGAL< AZORES & MADEIRA: National currency only stamps not valid now.
