i wonder if anyone has any suggestions/ideas/tips and tricks for UN8PC, Kazakhstan. worked 10 April 02, sent card from within Russia when I was there a while back, even addressed the envelope in Cyrillic, enclosed SASE w/Kazakhstan postage. But nothing... appreciate any thoughts... 73s, gary kd0al
