[Dx-qsl] S9LA via LA2N - an update

I have just returned from Sandnes/ Stavanger  and the AGM of the Norwegian
league. Some of the operators of S92LA were present and did a slide
presentation.


The good news :

The QSL cards are now being processed and the first direct ones will soon be
received.
