[Dx-qsl] CE0Z/LU7FO

A friend of mine is trying to confirm QSO with CE0Z/LU7FO on 29 September
2000.

I have seen a comment that this was a pirate but I have also seen QSL route
via LU7FO.

Does anyone have good information about this one?
