[DSP-10] DSPx Bad/corrupt bank 0 monitor.

Hi, I am trying to load code into bank 1 on my DSPx version of the 
EZ-lite development board. I have done it once, and I know the tools and 
hardware are OK, but I seem to have corrupted the bank 0 monitor. I 
guess I had the jumper fitted when I shouldn't.  Does anyone know where 
I can get another flash memory 39VF040 pre-programmed, or will anyone 
program one for me.
