According to the Keyspan's web pages, USA-28's advantages over USA19HS
to mention, include 1 Mbps data rates (230 Kbps for USA-19) and two
serial ports (one for USA-19). I don't think, however, your serial
communication problem is likely to be resolved with USA-28...

Do you run UHFA.EXE under Windows 98? When I upgraded my Virtual PC
from ver 6 to ver 7, I experienced a trouble on serial communication
under Windows 98 (second edition), which were difficult to describe
here, while Windows NT 4.0 was OK. I gave up further investigation, but
serial port still does not work under Windows 98 on my Virtual PC 7.
Why not try for running UHFA.EXE under DOS or Windows NT 4.0? Maybe
worth checking.
