[DSP-10] EZFAST Loadiing Problem

Hi Phil,

If you're not going to change the uhf3.exe file often I suggest that you
program an eeprom with it and plug it in your DSP board.
then you will skip that download process, and have it
booting up much faster.

Not really a solution to your problem, more like jumping over it :)
