Hi Chuck,

It seems there is serial comm between the DSP-10
and the computer since there is an error
indicated. The screen clock should be updating and
the waterfall will also scroll up if all is well.

You didn't say if there was a frequency from the
126 MHz oscillator or if it is held at one end of
it's range. From the voltages you supplied, it
appears to be driven to one extreme.

You might try tuning the frequency below 144 and
above 148 and see if it will lock. There is
nothing in SOFTWARE, that I am aware of, which
limits the lock range. Maybe the oscillator will
lock outside the expected frequency range.

Are you using the ADSP EZ-KIT lite ??

The +10T should be low and the +10R high when in
receive, even if the PLL is not locked. If neither
is present, we need to find out why.

Have you tried EZLD.COM ?? How about using the
options with EZFAST ?? It can use the options of
M, L or blank to set loading speed. This can be a
problem when running from slow floppy drives.

Have you run any of the PLL diagnostic programs ??
