[DSP-10] Problems With checkout

Hi Larry,

Thanks for the tip.  I can't get the VCO above 123 Mhz with the core of the 
L102 all the way out (and a jumper across C113).  I'm going to try to change 
the feedback cap first and see if I can get the slug centered a little more.
