[DSP-10] Problems With checkout

Hi Jess..Your VCO tuning range problem is common. My experience is that
removing 1/16 " (or more) from the slug in T-102 will bring it up
to near 146 MHz. This core is very hard and difficult to "prune down"
I use wet paper and a lot of grinding. In both my dsp-10's, the modified
cores rest at bottom of T-102 and my top limit is 146MHz. Congrats on
the progress..
