[DSP-10] Various Ezlite part numbers

As you are obviously dealing with someone really lame here, could someone give me the actual file names for the DOS version files that I will need. With all the files on the site, it is not apparent which one(s) I will need.

Plse consider it as helping the disadvantaged.
