[Drake] R-4A Problem - Thank you

That is a rather common problem.  I have experienced it on my R4B.  It's an 
easy one to overlook as unlike the front panel switches, it's often not in 
easy reach and with the little locking lever blocking it, harder to give a 
quick flip on and off.
