A lot of years we do not have TNG meetings due to the holiday.  

This year TNG falls on the 'day after'.  So TNG will be held as normal

Joseph Henry, born 17 December 1797 Albany, NY.  The unit of measure for
inductance is named in his honor.  Beyond his work with inductors and
electromagnets, he was also the first secretary of the Smithsonian where he
organized weather observers, which led to the creation of the U.S. Weather
Bureau.  He also constructed a telegraph and aided Samuel Morse in his
development of the telegraph.
