The topic this week is software defined radio (SDR).  Unfortunately, the
Technician question pool does not contain a question on SDR.  Seems like a
bit of a gap in the Technician material given the prevalence of the term in
advertising with fancy waterfall displays, the availability of USB-based SDR
receivers, and even a handheld transceiver (HT) with SDR features is
available.  However this can be a reminder of the importance of Elmering and
the vast amount there is to learn in our hobby.
