[DARARepeater] Help identifying a chip

Guessing here.  The 883A appears to be a MIL-STD-883A qualification.  The K614 appears to be part number.  Usually K refers to a relay.  I think these are some sort of single channel photo isolators.  Could not locate source with tis designation.
