[DARARepeater] Help identifying a chip

It's possibly a custom ASIC. Hard to tell without some more context, what
do they appear connected to? What is the board for? The 3 pin ones above
look like some sort of power regulators. I think they might be LED drivers.
So the 883A could be some sort of jelly bean logic for driving the LEDs.
