[DARARepeater] Help identifying a chip

Thanks to everyone who has offered help with my chip ID project...
First thing i will say that i should have stated from the beginning is that
this is from a Lithium Ion battery charger/management PCB. It is a cheap
china eBay thing and so is certainly not made with mil spec stuff and has
not a single LED on it...
Just seconds ago i was watching EEVblog2 on youtube and good old Dave Jones
was doing a tear down of some sort of graphing multi-meter. As he zoomed
in on the multi-meter chip-set, low and behold is has exactly the same
"Icon" or makers mark as my chip under investigation.
Which he states is from a company called "HYCON"
So now my search continues for a HYCON 383A or 883A...
