[CW] Vibroplex Champion Question

If you are talking about hitting the top or the bottom of the damper
wheel, the adjustment is the trunnion adjustment screw located below
the trunnion and accessible by a slotted screw on the underside of the
bug. The other side of this adjustment is at the top of the trunnion
assembly - it centers the whole vibrator.

The Lightning Bug, Champion and Zether all used the same vibrator parts.

Here is a diagram with names for the parts used by Vibroplex.
