[CW] Russians Still Training Morse Operators

I'm still looking for someone sending out of the newspaper - or other copy
- so I can archive a hand key sender at 25 WPM or higher.

Every time I hear one of the few - there is a fellow from Costa Rica, one
from Brazil, one from Sweden that I hear from time-to-time that do it, but
it's rare these days.

Most say "I got my 1st license and did it, but I cannot do it any more!".
