[CW] Russians Still Training Morse Operators

My second army career, 9th Special Forces,  I could do it, but again, 
not sure today.  Mr Arthur Rightus you know.  Also, as a State Dept 
communicator I ran right around that speed on straight key, but gave 
that up for my Vibroplex, once I got my certificate for that.

All Ive got today is an old Navy spark proof key for straight keying,  
Maybe Ill get it tuned up and practice and see what I can do with it.
