[CW] Russians Still Training Morse Operators

I graduated Devens June 1962 as '058'.  Then to FT Bragg until Cuban missle
crisis then to Homestead AFB until 1964 discharge.

 

Never left the east coast  ;o)

I was a Morse intercept operator in Germany 1960-1963, the Russians were
able to get it sent with a hand key, however some of the Czech's used an
electronic keyer and if you couldn't copy 40-45 wpm you had better have a
tape recorder ready to go. I still have my commercial radiotelegraph license
and hope that CW is around for a long time-
