[CW] ARRL band plan change

 I still call CQ QRP on the QRP international calling freq. 7.100     In all my experience of ham radio, I have never heard a RTTY stationcall  QRL? before sending a RTTY initiated call, this happens when I am in QSO and they start RTTY on top of me.  Very frustrating.73 and QRL  Rich K8UV.
