[CW] ARRL Band Plan

Steve, I agree. The band plan looks like a solution to a problem that doesn't exist, and any
time a committee is involved, things don't seem to go well, especially at ARRL.
I suspect those two on-air assaiults happened either on 80m SSB or 20m SSB. Am I right?
