[CW] Vibroplex Original Damper Wheel

I am trying to remember, but it seems there were shoulder screws used
for the damper wheels, but I don't remember the vintage. It was not
permanent
use for them. I only saw a couple. But, the screw should be screwed in
until the damper is still loose. Holding the screw, put the nut on the
back, snugly,
but not so tight as to pull the screw through and strip threads.
