[CW] Vibroplex Original Damper Wheel

Hi, Stan.
That screw should be a 4-36 oval head screw, the damper frame should be
tapped 4-36. The 4-36 nut on the back
locks the screw so the damper wheel has play.
Often, the screw and nuts are replaced with 4-40 hardware or 4-40
hardware was attempted. Then even correct
hardware ends up sloppy. I have used TIX or silver solder in the frame
hole and then re-tapped the frame hole
and installed a correct oval head screw with the correct locking nut.
Sometimes, some one over tightened the
locking nut and caused the frame screw hole threads to be stripped.
Locktite might hold the screw, but for how long?
