[CW] Using American Landline Morse on the Ham Bands

Japanese, German, French, Russian Morse codes are "standard" Morse codes -
they're just not the limited 26 alpha character Roman alphabet Morse.
American Morse is another code - C is not identical as it is in the "other"
Morse codes. Likewise R, Z, X, L, O, C, R, P, J, L, and 0 are not the same
and O, C, R, Z are composed of all dots with a special small space inside
the character to change the rhythm. C, R and S all contain three dots.
As far as I know all Morse codes are legal as long as station identification
is done in International Morse code. So you can send messages in Landline
Morse but you have to do the identification in International Morse.
