[CW] Frattini Bug

Hello Joe,

The extra magnet on the Fratinni Semi-automatica (bug) is to eliminate
"extra rebounds" according to Alberto.  I had a friend of mine, Urbano I4YTE
from Italy ask him in Italian and translated his answer into English.

My friend wrote a nice book - only (so far) in Italian about being a Radio
Officer on the High Seas.
