[CW] Frattini Bug

On Frattini's bug there are individual
pivots for the dit and dah swing.  Tension
is via opposing magnets except for the
extra magnet for the dit swing which is
located out front opposite where the dit
spring is attached to the swing bar.   It
would seem to me this magnet is attracting.

Anyway, there's no hint as to why this extra
magnet is in there, but I know it must be for
an advantage although I have not been able to
make adjustments that I feel have any effect.

Anyone out there figure this out yet?  Alberto
is not much on English, I think, otherwise I 
would ask him.
