[CW] CW trends on the ham bands -- as I experience it

Sometimes I listen for something in the DX station's QSO that tells me he is
fluent in English. It isn't every day I get a Danish station that can reel
off Yankee baseball statistics. :-)

Often I have a good signal and other stations calling me are very weak. If
I were in a city, I would have S9 industrial noise so I'd be hearing even
strong signals right on the top of the noise.

Since I live in a quiet location, I can contact many stations but sometimes
the stations in the cities don't hear me.
