[CW] use of AR

[Radio K0HB]

I learned procedure 50-some years ago on Navy destroyers, and AR was the 
equivalent of "out".

But this is AMATEUR radio, and there's no Navy Chief standing over my 
shoulder, so I just have fun and don't worry too much how some other guy 
signs off.
