[CW] QTC - Unknown Station 3647.5 kHz

The CW signal is S2 here in Minnesota (on three different full size
antennas).
Pretty much covered up by some southern pig farmers on SSB who don't
identify. (Would it be legal to take up a collection and hire Riley back
out of retirement?)
