[CW] methods to increase code copying speed

If you want to copy high speed code throw your pencil very far away.
Get the lady and the kids out of your shack, lean back in your chair, 
put your headphones on, close your eyes and listen to the code. Look out 
for stations sending a faster than you can copy. Listen and try to 
understand short words - two, three letter words.

In the very beginning you will be able to understand only single words. 
But the more you practice the more you will understand. Copied words 
will become longer, and then: your first complete sentence.

Don't worry when you will fall into a black hole, this is normal. Have a 
break then, or continue the next day.

This is the way I learnt QRQ. Daily practise of about 30 minutes. Don't 
set yourself under a pressure. Copying the code is just a matter of 
concentration. This can and must be trained.

Another good method is to practise with a buddy. This buddy sends - in 
the first lessons - short single words. You will send back each word 
instantly without thinking about it or even writing it down. In the 
course of time (of your lessons) words will get longer, first short 
sentences show up ... etc.

Take care to find stations and partners sending a clean and decent cw. 
You will find out that there are QRQ stations you can copy easily and 
with some others you will have great problems. This depends mainly on 
the (correct) way of sending the code. Be aware of that.

And most important: relax and have fun, it's a hobby not a competition.
