[CW] J-38 wire ferrules

Does anyone have a source for the wire ferrules used on the J-38  keys?
These are called pins on K6IXs web site.
 
I've tried tinning the wire, but the looks leave something to be  desired.
Pins from a DB-25 type connector look much better, but they are soft and  
distort which eventually make for a poor connection.
 
I've cleaned and polished my old J-38 and it looks great. The ferrules will  
really do the trick for me.
