[CW] FCC/CW ID ??

I think it is rather odd that the FCC still requires some public service
stations to ID via MCW. Do you suppose the new FCC agents will have to
carry a computerized device to identify the beserk station that could be
interfering with their "repeater"  ?? Most of the ID's I hear are near
20 WPM.
