Same here.
I can remember when some children were sent home because they didn't have
the facilities to teach them.
Some of them went home to be taught by their moms (usually) and some just
went home - and were never taught anything.
The truly disabled aren't dead - they just want a chance to get on the
darned horse and try to ride it like everyone else. The true disabled
(usually) work twice or three times as hard as anyone else.
However there are those who have been beaten down so much by life, and
perhaps - others, that they don't try anymore.
These are the most disabled of all.
