[CW] CW SPEED

I've been a ham since 1974. Since that time I have a seen a lot of change. 
Most for bad I'm sad to say. Anyway very few rules have been turned back during 
this time. So dont think they will ever change the code speed from 5 wpm for 
any class. They have it the way they wont it now. Are the first step to doing 
away with CW. I just wish the FCC would take over all testing like they use to. 
I think it would help if the new people at the FCC Had to deal with the code 
test and Hams in general. Wouldn't be hearing about people getting license 
illegal also.
