[CW] W5YI in Puerto Rico

In all Fairness, W5YI wasn't in attendance at any of those sessions.  
Apparently a couple of rotten apples WILL spoil the barrel full.  Same thing happens 
in Japan, where sessions happen.  Or at least I think so, since dozens and 
dozens of JAs own USA licenses, and have never set foot on USA soil.
